A Little About Chuck Talbot Photography
I was introduced into photography back in the 60's when I was in high school thanks to a
teacher by the name of Mr. Douglas. I learned a lot from this man and over the year we
became good friends and he was still my instructor. In the 70's and 80's he taught a night
school class of photography and many times I helped him with teaching of the black and white
and color darkroom classes.
During 70's, 80's, and 90's I worked as a machinist and company photographer for a large
company, Auburn Technology Inc. Over the years I had many photos published in there world
wide advertising magazines. These were distributed throughout the railroad and airline
industries.
My first weddings we the family type (no pay) but a very good learning experience. This was
in the early 70's and after a few of these I started photographing weddings as a part time job
and continued for the next 30 plus years. So as you can see I have been giving brides and
grooms great memories of there wedding day for a long time and hope to continue for long time
to come.
I will discuss everything and work WITH you as well as FOR you to get the best photos. And
the photos that YOU want.
In the past year or two I have started to create automobile and boat portraits as well as family
portraits. Most of these are done on location due to the fact I don't have a studio. I just work
out of my home.
I will travel throughout central New York and the Fingerlakes area to photograph a wedding
and have traveled as far as Niagara Falls to photograph a wedding, and a beautiful wedding it
was, what a backround.
My goal is to make your wedding photos and portraits a part of your life not just your wall.
